Test Engineer

About this role

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Test Engineer to conduct environmental testing and develop test procedures for complex PCBAs, contributing to critical projects in space and defense. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic engineering team in San Diego, CA.

What you'll do

• Design and execute functional performance and environmental test architectures
• Develop and manage test plans and procedures
• Document and discuss test results
• Review design documents and specifications
• Lead and coordinate testing efforts as necessary
• Maintain communication with project team members

What they're looking for

• Expertise in ATE configuration and PXI architectures
• Proficient in test automation software (e.g., LabVIEW, Python)
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with high-end test tools
• Strong documentation capabilities
• 8+ years in test engineering
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field
