Vulcan Elements is seeking an Applications Engineer specializing in magnetics to facilitate the technical development of customer projects from initial engagement through to production. This role requires collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-performance magnet solutions in critical industries such as defense and aerospace.

What you'll do

• Understand customer application requirements for permanent magnets
• Advise on magnet materials, grades, coatings, and performance
• Act as the main technical contact for customer inquiries and problem-solving
• Translate customer needs to internal engineering teams
• Support the progression of customer opportunities through the development pipeline
