What you'll do
- Define HVAC performance metrics for future vehicles

- Develop low-risk HVAC solutions for various vehicle configurations
- Coordinate with OEM partners on performance and comfort targets
- Supervise verification of system performance
What they're looking for
- Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years in Automotive Engineering
- Design experience with electric climate compressor HVAC systems
- Knowledge of AC vapor-compression cycle thermodynamics
- Expertise in automotive refrigerants and regulations
- Negotiation skills with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
