OEM Platform Integration Engineer

Waymo is seeking an OEM Platform Integration Engineer to lead software and electrical integration troubleshooting between Waymo and OEM systems. This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams, contributing to integration strategies, and providing hands-on support for automotive systems.

What you'll do

• Investigate and troubleshoot integration issues between Waymo and OEM systems
• Collaborate with system owners and experts for derisking and change coordination
• Contribute to Waymo's platform integration processes and tools
• Provide onsite support for manufacturing and testing activities

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's in EE/ME/CE/CSE
• 5+ years in automotive systems
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge in electrical and computer science
• Experience with taking platforms from prototype to production
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python
• Understanding of vehicle control systems
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams
