Waymo is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to enhance its fleet monitoring systems through the development of Angular applications and backend solutions. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and optimize Angular applications
• Build and evolve critical tools for scaling operations
• Address challenges in Waymo Fleet Monitoring
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and engineering teams
• Deliver solutions to fast-emerging issues

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in full stack development
• Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Experience with back-end technologies like C++ or Java
• Ability to design reusable UI systems
• Collaboration skills with UX and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge in reliability monitoring and security practices
