What you'll do

• Partner with Engineering on ML and Gen-AI model deployment
• Identify trends and risks using AI-driven insights
• Define policies for AI integration into operations
• Implement quality control processes for outputs
• Serve as a subject matter expert for quality operations
• Coordinate with teams to scale workflow from 16/5 to 24/7

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years in QC or AV Software Quality Operations
• Experience with machine learning lifecycle phases
• Knowledge of ML testing and validation
• Ability to learn new tools quickly
• Strong understanding of driving rules
