Waymo is seeking a Systems Test Engineer to lead specialized testing for autonomous vehicle technologies, ensuring safety and performance through comprehensive test planning and execution. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to bridge testing capability gaps and manage logistics for weather-related and seasonal testing campaigns.

What you'll do

• Lead execution of testing calendars and campaigns
• Translate internal test data needs into detailed test plans
• Advise on logistical requirements for test campaigns
• Identify external test facilities or develop internal testing infrastructure
• Direct field operations and analyze test results
• Resolve logistical gaps to ensure mission success
