Our Installation Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks related to our installations/services. They would be responsible for ensuring customer projects are executed timely and accurately.

Our Installation Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks related to our installations/services. They would be responsible for ensuring customer projects are executed timely and accurately.
Core Role Responsibilities
- Schedules installation appointments
- Reviews pending installations and verifies product arrival and labor workbooks
- Manages Installation pipeline and paperwork
- Maintains communication with customers; collect and submit funding
- Receives and maintains inventory of orders
- Resolves relevant customer resolution issues
- Close installations in the CRM when verified complete
- Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED
- 2+ year of similar administrative support experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus
- Customer-centric mindset
- Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high pressure environment
- Home Improvement/Home Services experience a plus
