Full Stack Engineer

Wonderschool seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and enhance their platform, which supports early childhood education providers. This role involves taking ownership of features across the stack and collaborating closely with various teams to create effective solutions that improve user experiences.

What you'll do

• Design and implement full-stack features for various user experiences
• Own the full development lifecycle from design to production support
• Write maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to solve customer problems
• Contribute to architecture decisions and improve platform reliability
• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance development speed

What they're looking for

• 6+ years of full stack engineering experience
• Strong frontend skills with React, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Backend proficiency in Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or similar
• Experience with relational databases like Postgres
• Ability to deliver high-quality, test-driven code
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Familiarity with API design and cloud infrastructure
