Wrike is seeking a Security Customer Success Engineer (SCSE) who will bridge the gap between their security organization and clients, acting as a technical advisor. The role involves resolving security concerns, supporting sales processes, and promoting security features to enhance business growth.
What you'll do
- Facilitate technical security discussions with customer security teams
- Assist Sales in overcoming security-related objections
- Promote Wrike’s premium security features to align with customer needs
- Complete security-related assessments and questionnaires
- Collaborate with Security, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Provide feedback to improve security processes and offerings
What they're looking for
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with customer objections
- Understanding of cloud security principles
- Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA
- Familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced English proficiency
