What you'll do

• Analyze data performance throughout the model training lifecycle
• Investigate issues affecting model behavior and identify data-related problems
• Design and improve data cleaning and quality-control processes
• Research and develop methods for enhancing data quality
• Build and maintain production-grade data pipelines and software systems
• Develop metrics and monitoring systems for data quality assessment

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
• 1+ years of data/software engineering experience
• Experience with neural networks or language models
• Proficient in Python and machine learning libraries
• Experience with production data pipelines
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and large-scale data systems
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
