Application Engineer, Injection Molding

Xometry is looking for an Application Engineer specializing in Injection Molding to facilitate communication between customers and the internal engineering and sales teams. This role involves analyzing customer requests, providing design feedback, and assisting in the creation of custom manufacturing solutions across various industries.

What you'll do

• Analyze RFQ documents, 3D CAD, and 2D drawings
• Engage with customers to clarify requirements
• Conduct technical reviews for quotes and DFM feedback
• Optimize files for manufacturability using CAD software
• Maintain quote databases for accuracy
• Respond to service requests and collaborate cross-functionally
