- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- 2+ years in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- 1-2 years experience in manufacturing engineering with emphasis on Injection Molding
- Knowledge of equipment selection and process limitations
- Experience with suppliers and OEMs
- Familiarity with GD&T and QA practices
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Ability to identify DFM issues from CAD models
