About this role
Xona is seeking an RF Test Engineer to contribute to the development of their next-generation satellite navigation system, Pulsar. You’ll design and execute test campaigns for RF systems, utilizing equipment like VNAs and spectrum analyzers, and will be involved in troubleshooting and analyzing performance data. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced startup environment where you’ll directly impact mission success.
What you'll do
- Design and execute test plans for RF systems (payloads, telemetry, GNSS receivers).
- Build and maintain RF test setups with various equipment.
- Develop automated test scripts for efficient workflows.
- Analyze RF test data to validate performance and identify margins.
- Troubleshoot RF anomalies at various levels (board, subsystem, system).
- Support environmental testing (thermal vacuum, vibration, EMI/EMC).
