Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer at Yext, you will design and maintain robust infrastructure to support the company's innovative marketing platform. The ideal candidate will automate processes, improve application reliability, and collaborate with teams to enhance performance in both co-location and cloud environments.

What you'll do

• Develop automation systems for infrastructure management
• Collaborate with software teams to enhance application reliability
• Create secure self-service functionalities for engineering teams
• Design monitoring and alerting tools for service management
• Establish standards and measurement capabilities for services
• Troubleshoot issues across application and infrastructure stacks

What they're looking for

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
• 2-5 years in SRE, DevOps, or related roles
• Experience with distributed systems and network automation
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Go
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
