About this role

Yugabyte seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer to drive technical sales for YugabyteDB, a distributed PostgreSQL database. You'll partner with account executives and customers to demonstrate the platform's capabilities, lead proof-of-concept engagements, and serve as a trusted technical advisor on cloud-native database architecture.

What you'll do

  • Partner with account executives to qualify opportunities and drive technical sales efforts
  • Conduct tailored product demos, architecture deep-dives, and hands-on workshops for prospects
  • Lead proof-of-concept engagements and validate YugabyteDB deployment in customer environments
  • Create and maintain technical collateral including presentations, whitepapers, and demo scripts
  • Provide customer feedback to product, engineering, and support teams
  • Represent Yugabyte at industry events, webinars, and technical meetups
