About this role

Yuno is seeking an experienced Backend Developer for their Core Payments team to enhance their payment infrastructure. The role involves developing APIs and microservices, ensuring security compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for global payments.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain high-performance APIs and microservices in Go
• Take end-to-end ownership of features and services
• Collaborate with product and business teams for solutions
• Enhance integration frameworks across multiple countries
• Ensure security and compliance in software engineering
• Contribute to an agile and high-quality engineering culture

What they're looking for

• Proficiency in Golang and Java
• Knowledge of unit testing and test coverage
• Experience with Git for version control
• Solid understanding of SQL and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with OWASP principles
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Fluency in English
