Yuno seeks a Solutions Engineer to support banks and financial institutions in utilizing their payment platform. This role involves guiding technical integrations, offering expert advice, and enhancing the overall customer experience within complex regulatory environments.

What you'll do

• Manage the entire partner journey from pre-sales to implementation
• Collaborate with Sales to design scalable payment solutions
• Lead API integrations to ensure quick go-lives for partners
• Act as a technical advisor for bank stakeholders
• Solve technical challenges and optimize integrations
• Work with Product & Engineering to enhance the platform

What they're looking for

• Advanced English language skills
• 8+ years in a Solutions Engineer or similar role
• Experience with banks or regulated financial institutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with API integration processes
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in product demonstrations
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
