AI Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer at Zip, you will work closely with major enterprise accounts to identify and resolve procurement challenges using AI. Your role will involve hands-on solution development, customer relationship management, and providing insights to enhance Zip's platform.

What you'll do

• Engage with enterprise customers to analyze procurement workflows
• Develop and implement customized AI agent solutions
• Manage multiple accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
• Proactively identify additional problems to solve for customers
• Document architectural details of solutions built
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve platform

• Ability to build AI agents or automated workflows
• Proven track record in managing customer engagements
• Strong technical skills in API integration and workflow diagnosis
