This role involves building relationships with sales teams, customizing demos, and collaborating to ensure a smooth transition for clients post-sale.

What you'll do

  • Support customer-facing conversations and conduct discovery calls
  • Create custom demos tailored to customer needs
  • Lead and collaborate on proof of concepts (POCs)
  • Partner with the sales team to meet sales targets
  • Facilitate the transition from sale to onboarding with post-sales teams
  • Provide feedback for improving processes and products

  • 5+ years in solution selling or similar roles
  • Experience with Fortune 500 clients
  • Strong solution selling and discovery skills
  • Familiarity with procurement and billing/AP
  • Knowledge of software integrations and APIs
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
