Zip is seeking an Enterprise Solution Engineer to serve as a key technical resource during the pre-sales phase, focusing on demonstrating the value of their procurement solutions to potential clients. This role involves building relationships with sales teams, customizing demos, and collaborating to ensure a smooth transition for clients post-sale.
What you'll do
- Support customer-facing conversations and conduct discovery calls
- Create custom demos tailored to customer needs
- Lead and collaborate on proof of concepts (POCs)
- Partner with the sales team to meet sales targets
- Facilitate the transition from sale to onboarding with post-sales teams
- Provide feedback for improving processes and products

- 5+ years in solution selling or similar roles
- Experience with Fortune 500 clients
- Strong solution selling and discovery skills
- Familiarity with procurement and billing/AP
- Knowledge of software integrations and APIs
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
