About this role

Zip is seeking a Solution Engineer to lead pre-sales technical engagements and support prospective clients in understanding the value of their procurement solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales teams and post-sales consultants to ensure a smooth transition for customers and provide insights to enhance product development.

What you'll do

  • Support customer-facing discussions and conduct product demonstrations
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage follow-up requests
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to meet sales targets
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
  • Provide feedback for internal process improvements and product development
