Quality Engineer I

About this role

Zone 5 Technologies is seeking a Quality Engineer I to assist in production quality activities while gaining experience with AS9100 standards and nonconformance management. The role will involve collaboration with engineers and production teams to enhance UAS technology.

What you'll do

• Support resolution of production quality issues
• Assist with nonconformance documentation and tracking
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Help prepare documentation for first article inspections
• Review quality records for compliance
• Provide supplier quality support

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 0-2 years in manufacturing or quality
• Basic print reading
• Familiarity with GD&T
• Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO systems preferred
