About this role

Zscaler is seeking an AI DevOps Engineer to design and operate multi-cloud infrastructure automation across AWS, GCP, and Azure, integrating AI-assisted tooling and agentic workflows. You'll build Day 1 and Day 2 automation platforms, write infrastructure-as-code, and collaborate across Security, IAM, and FinOps teams to establish operational guardrails and reduce manual toil.

What you'll do

  • Build and extend Day 1 automation including infrastructure provisioning, account vending, and CI/CD components
  • Develop Day 2 lifecycle management automation for upgrades, dependency scanning, drift detection, and remediation
  • Write and maintain Terraform modules, GitLab CI/CD components, and Python automation scripts
  • Integrate AI and agentic tooling into operational workflows to improve consistency and reduce manual effort
  • Collaborate with Security, IAM, Network, and FinOps teams to translate requirements into automated guardrails
  • Operate the internal cloud platform powering Zscaler's product and corporate infrastructure
