About this role
10Beauty, a robotics startup, seeks a Technical Support Engineer to provide Level 1 remote support for their autonomous manicure machines deployed at major retail partners. You'll diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues while collaborating with engineering and field teams to drive product improvements.
What you'll do
- Serve as first point of contact for technical support on deployed robotic systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues remotely
- Guide field personnel and members through troubleshooting via phone, chat, video, and remote tools
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support and engineering teams appropriately
- Document issues, root causes, and trends in ticketing systems to identify patterns
- Monitor system health alerts and provide proactive responses to operational issues
