About this role
AB InBev's Growth Group seeks a Support Engineer to maintain and optimize services across their global digital platforms, including BEES commerce and delivery apps. You'll collaborate on system design, deployment, monitoring, and incident response while driving operational excellence through automation and observability practices.
What you'll do
- Design, build, deploy and monitor new and existing services with cross-functional teams
- Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and anomaly detection across systems
- Mitigate production issues through scripts, automation, and infrastructure scaling
- Perform root cause analysis and improve runbooks to prevent future incidents
- Build and evolve change management and release processes
- Define SLOs, error budgets, and capacity planning with operations teams
