About this role

Join Abnormal AI's Dev Accelerator team to build and maintain the internal developer platform that enables 100+ engineers to design, build, and ship products safely. You'll own high-leverage projects spanning CLI tooling, CI/CD, shared libraries, and test infrastructure while working with Python, Go, Bazel, Kubernetes, and AWS to create AI-native developer workflows.

What you'll do

  • Develop and evolve internal developer platforms supporting engineering teams across the company
  • Own multi-quarter initiatives in CLI tooling, CI/CD pipelines, shared libraries, and test infrastructure
  • Design AI-native abstractions and workflows consumable by both humans and AI agents
  • Collaborate with product engineering, Infrastructure, SRE, and Security teams on platform improvements
  • Optimize developer experience by making the correct path the easiest path for product teams
  • Work on large-scale code migrations and infrastructure optimizations to improve codebase quality
