About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks an A&A Engineer to lead cybersecurity engineering, design, and implementation aligned with NIST standards and federal compliance frameworks. You'll assess security controls, deploy tools, conduct compliance research, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen client cybersecurity posture.
What you'll do
- Lead engineering efforts to plan, design, and implement cybersecurity services aligned with NIST special publications
- Apply expert knowledge of federal cybersecurity policy requirements, standards, and guidelines
- Test, evaluate, and deploy security controls and tools across established security frameworks
- Conduct research into compliance hardening guidance to identify configuration gaps and weaknesses
- Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend compliant solutions and track remediation efforts
- Support continuous improvement of cybersecurity posture across client environments
