Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

1. Turn Off Ad Tracking

Press the button to stop the ad platforms’ pixels (Facebook, TikTok, AppLovin and others) on this browser:

• It works from now on, on every page of our website, in this browser. It is saved in this browser only: on another browser or device, or after you clear this site’s data, press it there again.
• If your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC), we treat it as the same request, automatically.
• Our analytics keep running: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity show us how the site is used (see our Privacy Policy, Section 3).
• When you buy, renew or upgrade a plan, our server also reports the purchase to some of these ad platforms, with a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and account ID and, when we have them, your browser type and the platforms’ own browser IDs. Neither the button nor Global Privacy Control stops that yet.

2. What the Pixels Share

While the pixels are on, the ad platforms learn:

• which of our pages you visit, what you click there, and the ad or link that brought you;
• when you leave your email for our demo, sign up or log in;
• when you finish setting up your account, with the answers you pick there (such as your goal, your industry and how you heard about us);
• when you start or finish an interview session, with its type and settings, and how long it lasted and how many answers it had;
• when you download the desktop app;
• when you see our plans, start a checkout or buy a plan, and the price;
• technical details such as your IP address, browser, device and their own cookie IDs.

We use this to see which ads work, and the platforms use it to show our ads to people likely to want them. They may also use it under their own privacy policies. Our own code does not give these pixels your name, your email address, your resume, or what is said in your interviews.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data for Money

InterviewChamp.AI does not sell personal information for money.

4. Your CCPA / CPRA Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about you and how we use it.
• Request a copy of your personal information (right to access).
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

5. Service Providers Who Process Your Data

Apart from the ad platforms above, we use subprocessors to deliver the service (AI model providers, hosting, database, payment processing, transcription, analytics). These parties are bound by contract to use your data only for the purposes we instruct and not for their own commercial purposes. They are described in our Privacy Policy, Section 3, and you can ask us for the current list of names at any time.

6. How to Exercise Your Rights

You can exercise most CCPA/CPRA rights directly:

• Opt out of sharing: the button in Section 1, or Global Privacy Control in your browser.
• Access / portability: Profile → Account → Download My Data returns a full machine-readable JSON export of everything we store about you.
• Correction: Profile → Edit Profile lets you update name, email, and target role.
• Deletion: Profile → Account → Delete Account erases your profile, sessions, resumes, documents, and cover letters with double confirmation.

You can also email requests to [email protected]. We respond within 45 days as required by law.

7. Authorized Agents

You can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization and verify your identity before disclosing or deleting information.
