About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks an AI Tool Support Engineer to support an LLM-powered coding assistant platform. You will configure cloud services, manage security policies, and provide multi-tier helpdesk support while collaborating with engineering leadership on system enablement.
What you'll do
- Enable and configure AI model services and IAM policies on AWS infrastructure
- Support vendor platform integrations and third-party tool implementations
- Provide T1/T2 helpdesk support through IT ticketing systems
- Assist with application change management, architecture guidance, and configuration requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users
- Collaborate with Lead Engineer on system design and deployment
