About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks Electrical/Wire Harness Design Engineers to convert legacy 2D aerospace and defense electrical documentation into structured, model-based definitions using Zuken E3.series software and release them into a PLM system as part of a modernization program.

What you'll do

  • Build electrical definitions in Zuken E3.series including wiring diagrams, cable and harness models with connectors, conductors, signals, and shields
  • Verify connectivity accuracy, ensure signals trace end-to-end with correct pin assignments and conductor attributes
  • Organize and maintain clean device trees with properly grouped components, assemblies, and part-number attribution
  • Reconcile E3 BOMs with PLM system BOMs for data consistency
  • Convert legacy 2D wiring schematics and harness drawings into structured model-based electrical definitions
  • Release completed electrical definitions into the client's PLM system
