What you'll do
- Serve as technical lead embedded within federal client teams, guiding engineering decisions for complex AI deployments
- Architect, build, and deploy rapid prototypes using frontier AI models and frameworks from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and similar partners
- Translate ambiguous mission problems into actionable technical roadmaps and production-grade system designs
- Lead and assemble cross-functional teams to accelerate AI adoption and implementation across federal organizations
- Drive solution scaling and delivery with urgency and precision in high-security, regulated environments
- Serve as technical anchor and trusted advisor operating at the cutting edge of AI capabilities for government
