About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks an Oracle HCM Reporting Developer to design and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Oracle HCM Cloud using tools like OTBI and BI Publisher. You'll work with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable reporting solutions across Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher within Oracle HCM Cloud
- Collaborate with HR business partners to gather reporting requirements and create technical specifications
- Build BI Publisher data models and create RTF or Excel-based report templates
- Write and optimize SQL queries for complex data extraction and reporting needs
- Troubleshoot data issues, implement enhancements, and provide ongoing support for existing reports
- Test and validate new reports and system upgrades to ensure data integrity
