Accenture Federal Services seeks an experienced SAP ABAP Developer Lead to guide complex enterprise application development for US federal government clients. This role combines technical expertise in SAP systems with leadership responsibilities, including business analysis, system design, and team management in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Lead complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing efforts
• Translate business requirements into detailed enterprise application designs
• Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants to analyze alternatives and provide recommendations
• Prepare programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts
• Manage multiple development teams and oversee project execution
• Handle budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning activities
