About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a ServiceNow Developer to implement and support IT Service Management solutions for a major federal agency. You'll configure modules, develop custom features, perform integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment.

What you'll do

• Configure ServiceNow applications, develop dashboards and reports, and manage data migrations
• Perform custom development and third-party system integrations
• Execute unit testing, defect resolution, and production deployments
• Provide ongoing application sustainment and support for future capabilities
• Assist with technical design, documentation, and solution architecture
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions
