About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks a ServiceNow Developer to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design solutions for federal government clients. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and support organizational change management initiatives.

What you'll do

• Develop business processes, gather requirements, and create user stories
• Provide process flow documentation and system design specifications
• Build stakeholder relationships and guide adoption of solutions
• Conduct quality management reviews and ensure requirements are met
• Lead or assist with test plan development and execution throughout SDLC
• Support organizational change management by documenting solution details
