Software Development Engineer

About this role

Accenture Federal Services seeks an experienced Software Development Engineer to design and implement full-stack solutions for U.S. federal government clients in defense and national security. The role involves developing across data, application, and UI layers while architecting secure, cloud-based systems and integrations.

What you'll do

• Design and develop complete software solutions spanning data layer, application code, and user interface
• Build APIs and integrate systems with other software platforms and databases
• Architect solutions leveraging enterprise cloud infrastructure with security compliance
• Participate in full lifecycle Agile software development projects
• Deploy applications to commercial cloud services
• Collaborate on federal government modernization initiatives

• Java, JavaScript, C/C++, C#, Python, or similar languages (3+ required)
• Database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or similar)
