About this role
ATS seeks an Engineer Associate to support industrial maintenance operations through data analysis, technical testing, and project coordination. This role blends hands-on laboratory and field work with documentation and process improvement responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
- Conduct data analysis to identify and implement improvements to products, systems, and services
- Execute testing in lab and field environments, including planning, scheduling, and setup of test infrastructure
- Perform mechanical work on devices under test, including removal, inspection, assembly, and parts cleaning
- Prepare technical documentation and present performance results to customers and management
- Facilitate technical projects by coordinating resources, schedules, and communication across teams
- Identify and recommend process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
