Integration Engineer

About this role

Aghanim seeks an Integration Engineer to serve as the technical lead for game developers integrating with their commerce and payments platform. You'll manage the complete integration lifecycle—from discovery and implementation through testing and launch—while collaborating closely with engineering and customer success teams.

What you'll do

• Guide customers through API, webhook, and platform integrations from implementation to production launch
• Test integrations in sandbox and production environments to ensure deployment readiness
• Troubleshoot technical issues and help customers optimize their implementations
• Maintain integration documentation and create customer-specific technical guidance
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve integration challenges
• Provide structured feedback on product gaps and suggest integration process improvements

• API and webhook integration experience
• HTTP, JSON, and REST protocol knowledge
• Technical troubleshooting with developer tools and dashboards
• Game developer or gaming platform experience
• Payments, in-app purchases, or e-commerce systems knowledge
• Technical documentation and communication
• Mobile app ecosystem familiarity (App Store, Google Play)
• Analytics tools experience (Google Analytics, PostHog)
