Airtable seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with strategic enterprise customers, delivering tailored technical solutions and driving platform adoption. You'll combine deep technical expertise with business acumen to act as a trusted advisor, influencing product direction while managing complex implementations and organizational transformations.
What you'll do
- Embed within customer organizations to understand business processes and deliver high-impact technical solutions
- Prototype and deploy custom solutions rapidly to accelerate adoption and time-to-value
- Lead innovation workshops and guide clients through solution building, change management, and adoption
- Act as trusted advisor to senior executives, translating platform capabilities into business value
- Provide product feedback to influence Airtable's roadmap based on real-world customer needs
- Travel to customer sites and evangelize use cases to drive account expansion and reduce churn risk
