About this role

Akuna Capital seeks a C# .NET desktop software engineer intern for a 10-week summer program on the UI team. You'll develop real-time trading applications used by traders and quantitative analysts, taking ownership of a project from design through presentation.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop Windows desktop applications using C#, .NET, WinForms, and WPF
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability
  • Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers on trading application features
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve user experience and development efficiency
  • Take full ownership of an assigned project throughout the internship
  • Present project work and accomplishments at the end of the program
