About this role
Alamar seeks a Field Service Engineer II to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of its ARGO proteomic analysis platform at customer sites, primarily in the central US. This customer-facing role combines hands-on technical work with remote support, process development, and collaboration across engineering and product teams to drive customer success and inform product improvements.
What you'll do
- Install, maintain, and upgrade the ARGO instrument platform at customer facilities
- Provide remote and on-site customer support with rapid response and CRM documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex customer-facing technical issues
- Collect and communicate Voice of Customer feedback to inform product development
- Develop scalable support processes and create/refine technical documentation
