You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, onboard employees, manage tickets, and support compliance initiatives like CMMC Level 2 and ITAR.

What you'll do

  • Serve as primary IT support contact for hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting
  • Manage employee onboarding, including device configuration and software installation
  • Track and prioritize IT help desk tickets while meeting SLAs
  • Perform routine system maintenance and security updates across all devices
  • Maintain IT documentation and system logs
  • Support compliance-related initiatives and vendor security coordination
