About this role

Allen Control Systems seeks a NetSuite Administrator to manage configuration, customization, and day-to-day operations of NetSuite as the financial system within a dual-ERP environment. This hands-on role involves supporting end users, developing custom solutions, and ensuring data integrity in a fast-paced defense startup.

What you'll do

  • Configure, customize, and manage NetSuite system access, data integrity, and governance policies
  • Develop and deploy customizations, custom objects, SuiteApps, and API-based extensions
  • Build saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Provide technical support and training to end users; monitor system performance
  • Coordinate with NetSuite and external professional services on complex implementation projects
  • Maintain documentation and stay current on NetSuite functionality and updates

  • NetSuite administration and implementation (3–5 years)
  • HTML, XML, JavaScript, and SuiteCloud developer tools
  • SQL and relational database design; data integration and analysis
  • AR, AP, GL, invoicing, inventory management, and project accounting processes
  • System integration and project management
  • Cross-functional collaboration and communication
  • DCAA compliance and defense cost accounting (preferred)
  • Dual-ERP or hybrid ERP environments (preferred)
