What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards
  • Design and implement custom inspection tooling and fixtures for accurate part measurement
  • Program, set up, and operate CMMs using PC-DMIS or similar software for dimensional and geometric inspections
  • Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using precision tools and verify GD&T compliance
  • Document defects and non-conformances; collaborate with suppliers on root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Maintain inspection records, generate quality reports, and track trends to improve supplier performance
