About this role

Alloy seeks a GTM Engineer to design and build the technical infrastructure powering the revenue organization's integrations, automations, and data pipelines. You'll bridge business strategy and technical execution, partnering with RevOps and GTM leadership to scale the platform across CRM, marketing automation, and customer success tools.

What you'll do

  • Design and build end-to-end GTM technology architecture including CRM integrations using Salesforce and iPaaS platforms
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines ensuring synchronization and quality across marketing, sales, and customer success systems
  • Create automation workflows using SQL, Python, and JavaScript to improve GTM team productivity and data hygiene
  • Diagnose and resolve complex integration and data-flow issues while documenting root causes
  • Evaluate new GTM technologies and partner with RevOps on build/buy decisions aligned with business goals
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address data sync or uptime issues impacting the business
