What you'll do
- Lead resolution of supplier-related production disruptions and coordinate recovery plans with cross-functional teams
- Conduct root cause investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions for supply chain issues
- Monitor supplier performance and proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders during critical supply chain events
- Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to strengthen supplier performance
- Develop standardized processes and best practices to support supply chain organization
