Assessment Software Engineer

About this role

Andela seeks an Assessment Software Engineer to develop and enhance technical assessment content for their AI-integrated talent platform. You'll create new scenarios and rubrics while ensuring existing assessments remain effective against AI, collaborating with users and stakeholders to continuously improve the evaluation process.

What you'll do

• Design and test new assessment scenarios with team and user input
• Create and maintain assessment rubrics
• Influence backlog prioritization for scenario improvements and changes
• Enhance existing assessment scenarios based on performance data
• Implement feedback-driven updates to scenarios and evaluation criteria
• Help evolve and optimize the scenario creation workflow
