About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an Algorithm Developer to design and implement sophisticated multi-target tracking algorithms and real-time software systems for air and missile defense radar. You'll work on mission-critical systems that detect and track airborne threats, optimizing for performance in millisecond-sensitive environments while collaborating with radar engineers and customers.
What you'll do
- Design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for multi-target tracking, track fusion, and threat discrimination
- Develop high-performance real-time software to process radar sensor data and maintain tracks on dozens to hundreds of simultaneous targets
- Build modeling and simulation environments to validate tracking performance and identify improvements
- Optimize tracking software for performance-critical systems where latency is critical
- Collaborate with radar engineers and system architects to integrate solutions into end-to-end defense systems
- Communicate technical concepts to cross-functional teams, leadership, and customers for informed decision-making
