About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Calibration Engineer to lead and optimize the company's calibration program in Ashville, Ohio. What you'll do
- Analyze and drive improvements to calibration activities and equipment processes

- Manage calibration database, equipment tracking, location updates, and asset ownership records
- Create and maintain calibration procedures, training materials, and ensure stakeholder compliance through audits
- Optimize equipment rotation schedules to prevent production delays while ensuring timely calibration
- Support internal and external audits for global site readiness and compliance reporting
