About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Deployment Engineer to serve as a mission-critical liaison between the company and military/government customers, managing the deployment, integration, and optimization of advanced radar systems. You'll oversee customer relationships, monitor system performance across distributed locations, and drive continuous improvements by gathering feedback and coordinating with engineering teams.

What you'll do

  • Act as on-site or remote project lead for radar system deployments with U.S. military, DHS, and allied customers
  • Monitor radar performance, connectivity, mesh network integration, and multi-sensor fusion with EO/IR and C2 systems
  • Gather and prioritize user feedback on detection performance, tracking accuracy, classification, and system issues
  • Provide input to engineering and account teams on radar features, algorithms, and operator workflow improvements
  • Support expansion of radar system deployments across military installations and critical infrastructure
  • Build and maintain remote monitoring dashboards and develop software integrations for distributed system management
